grated Jaggery

Milk

Cardamom pods
1
cup
Water
Instructions
Mix ragi flour and water and let it come to a boil.
Add jaggery and bring to a boil again.
Lightly bruise the cardamom pods and add to the ragi mixture.
Add Milk and serve warm or cold.
