This is a traditional Punjabi cusine . The dough is the combination of maida,fine rawa,an little wheat flour. It is usually a heavy dish an stomach filling
Soak white channa overnight. Next day pressure cook it for for 3to4 whistles. Then in a bowl add refined flour,semolina, wheat flour ,salt an curds, kasturi methi an make a dough with warm water an wrap it with muslin cloth for about 2 hours
In the cooker add oil fry onions till light pink then add tomatoes fry nicely till oil comes out. Then add ginger paste,red chilli pd, dhanya pd, amchoor pd, channa masala pd,salt , coriander leaves chopped, kasturi methi,then add the cooked channa
Then pressure cook it for 4 to5 whistles. Then take a small piece of dough and roll it like a roti shape an deep fry it

If you want plain batura you can make the dough with only maida, semolina . Or only wheat flour you can make the dough . This channa masala you can eat with rice,roti also
