all purpose flour

cup
paneer
1/2
cup
finely chopped onion

cup
finely chopped cabbage
1
green chili chopped
Salt

cooking oil + for greasing
Instructions
Heat oil in pan add onion, cabbage and saute for minute on high flame.
Add green chili, paneer and salt mix it well and saute for minute. Keep aside.
Now take maida add little salt in it n make soft dough by adding little water. Roll and cut into 7 pieces.
Take 1 piece make ball n roll it thin cut 3 round pieces with the help of round cookies cutter.
Keep sides by sides press the sides fill mixture in centre. Fold it n roll it. Rose shape momos r ready to go in steamer.
Heat steamer and grease plate n steam momos for 15 minutes on low flame.
Take 15 garlic pods, 4 red chili, salt, 1/3 teaspoon vinegar n grind it into fine paste.
When momos done, transfer it in plate n serve with garlic chili chutney.
