In a pan, add 2 cups of water and cook the Maggi noodles in boiling water for two-three minutes and drain the noodles and throw away the excess water and keep the noodles in a bowl.
In another pan, add butter and once the butter is hot add onions and green chilli. Cook it on a medium flame till you see the onions turning a little translucent.
Now add the carrots, capsicum, cook it on a high flame for 2 minutes, add tomatoes, green peas and corn and again cook for two or three minutes. The vegetables still need to have a little bite to them.
After that add the salt, turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder, cumin powder, dry mango powder and the tastemaker from the Maggi pack. Mix it well.
Add 1 cup of water to the mixture and let the water come to a boil, now add the cooked Maggi and coriander leaves to the pan and mix it well.
