Instructions
Mix all purpose flour, kala jeera, salt and 1 tbsp of refined oil with required amount of water to make a dough, not too soft
For the filling fry ground nut seeds for 3-4 mins and take out
In the same pan put some oil.. add jeera, dhania and chopped onion and
sauté
well
Add ginger garlic paste and cook till oil separates
Add mashed potatoes, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and curry powder and mix everything well. Add ground nut seeds and keep aside
Now take a small round of the dough and roll it into a oval like shape. Cut it into two halves
Take one part, make a cone and fill the potato filling and seal it with some water in the edges
Same way make other samosas. Deep fry in refined oil in
simmer
gas till golden and crispy. Serve hot with chutney
