bowl Spinach only leaves

Green Chilly chopped

tablespoon
chopped coriander leaves
Besan - ½ cup
Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - ½ tsp
Coriander powder - ½ tsp
Cumin powder - ½ tsp
Pepper powder - ¼ tsp
Black salt to taste
Coriander leaves - 3-4 tsp chopped
Water as required
Oil for frying
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add the flours and the spices ,add salt and water little at a time and make a smooth batter.
Add the spinach, geeen chillies, coriander and onions into the batter and mix well.
Heat oil for frying. Take small portion of the mixture and drop in the hot oil.
Deep fry them till crisp and golden.
