Instructions
Rinse well and finely chop spinach (palak), peel and chopped onion, chop green chili
In a large bowl add all the ingredients except oil & water and mix well to combine everything.
Heat oil for frying in a kadai (wok), once oil becomes hot drop spoonful of batter or medium pakoda size from hand in hot oil
fry until it becomes golden brown from all sides, drain in kitchen tissue and repeat same for rest of batter
Serve hot with green chatny.
