Banana ripened - 1
Strawberry- Blueberry Mix - 25 gms
optional
Oats - 25-30 gms
Flaxseeds - to garnish
Cinnamon powder - 1/3 tsp
Peanut butter - 2 tsps
Dates or Honey to sweeten as per choice
Almond Milk or Full Fat Milk as per choice of lifestyle - 60-70 ml
Icecubes - optional
Instructions
In a Blender, just
whisk
all the ingredients except flaxseeds.
Add in the icecubes for a nice crunchy smoothie texture. Garnish with flaxseeds on the top.
