Salt 1 tsp
Red chilli 1
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Urad dal 1/2 tsp
Cashew 5
Curry leaves few
Grated carrot 1/2 cup
Oil as required
Milk 1/4 cup
Instructions
In pan heat oil add mustard seeds urad dal,cashews,red chilli,curry leaves.fry it for a minute after add grated carrot.stir it well for 5 min After add salt,curd.mix well.now add little milk.after 5 min add rice mixed well.
Yummy carrot curd rice is ready.
