Boil milk in a heavy bottomed non-stick pot. Reduce it to 3/4th of it's original quantity. Keep stirring in between. After it reduces, add the rest of the ingredients to it.
Cover and simmer on a low heat for 10 mins. Serve this piping hot Eid special dessert with extra fried nuts on top. It tastes delicious when served hot.
Notes
Shallow fry the mixed nuts and sewaiyaan in large quantities and store in airtight containers in the refrigerator. This way you save on a lot of time. Everytime the guests drop in, boil milk and add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer and serve. Addition of sewaiyaan depends upon one’s choice. Some people prefer it to be more in every spoonful and few others don’t. Therefore add it according to your family’s preference and liking.
