Coconut cream
Salt
to taste
Instructions
Wash the prawn and marinate with salt and lemon juice.
Make a paste with green peas, coriander leaves and green chillies.
Heat oil in a pan then shallow fry the marinated prawn and keep aside. In the remaining oil add onion paste and ginger garlic paste.
Stir continuously then add green peas paste and Shahi garam masala, stir again. Sprinkle water and salt to taste.
Add fried prawn and cook for a few minutes. After then put off the flame. Drop coconut cream as much you like.
Serve with any combination like steamed rice/ jeera rice/ pulao etc.
