maize flour

teaspoon
garam masala powder

mustard oil
Sat to taste
Instructions
Boil the saag with adding onion, garlic, tomato, green chillies and salt.
After boiling add maize paste, mash evenly. Then tempering with onion, garlic and ginger. Add garam masala and ghee to make it more tasty.
Serve with rice/ roti/ mixed flour roti or whatever you like.
