Bhutta kewab
Yellow 🌽 corn bhutta is a good source of the carotenoid Lutein and zeaxanthin which are good for eye health and help prevent the lens damage that leads to cataracts. Here I made the kewab with bhutta.
Now take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds, whole red chilli, ginger paste and cumin powder. Then pour the boiled corn and stir fry. Add peanuts, almond, raisin and chopped fresh coconut.
Make a paste with all these ingredients then add oil and salt. Mix evenly then shallow fry with low flame. Both sides should be brown.
Now ready to serve with coconut chutney. I made the chutney with coconut, peanuts, green chillies, fresh coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice.
