Cranberry potato
Cranberries to be super food due to their high nutrient and antioxidant content. Cranberries to a lower risk of urinary tract infection. It can prevent from certain types of cancer. It can be improved immune system and decreased blood pressure. These cranberries are sour I cooked with potato in a simple way.
Remove the seeds from cranberry then keep separate. Peel off and chop the potato.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, curry leaves and hing. Let the seeds crackle add potatoes. Stir then add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and chilli powder. Add little water and cook.
Add cranberry and cook again with cover. After a few minutes it will ready to serve. Serve with steamed rice/ chapati/ paratha/ kulcha/ Nan roti etc.
