Flat rice chop In this chop I used flat rice because it will soak less oil. I filled with green vegetables and definitely tasty as well as other chop.

bowl soaked flat rice
1
bowl mashed potato
1
bowl chopped green vegetables
1
cup
gram and rice flour
1
teaspoon
red chilli powder
1
teaspoon
garam masala powder
Oil for frying
Salt
Instructions
Soak flat rice and strain the water. Boiled and mashed potato keep aside.
Cook some veggies with salt, chilli powder and garam masala powder.
Take a mixing bowl mash the potato and flat rice. Then fill with cooked vegetables and give shape like chop.
Then fry the chop and serve with sauce as you like.
