Bajra is called rich pearl millet which can control cholesterol levels. Bajra is a power packed grain which has insoluble fibre. It can reduce blood sugar levels and helps in loosing weight.
Take a pan heat and add pure ghee and bajra flour. Stir continuously until the roasted aroma comes out.
In another pan roast the makhana and keep aside. Fry the eatable gum with little ghee.
Now grind makhana, dry fruits, gondh (eatable gum) and green cardamom.
Take a mixing bowl add roasted bajra flour, jaggery and grounded ingredients. Combine all the ingredients then give round shape. Healthy homemade ladoo is ready to serve.
