chopped vegetables

coriander powder

teaspoon
chilli powder

teaspoon
mustard seeds

tbsp
oil
Red dry chilli
Curry leaves
Salt
Instructions
Chop the vegetables and wash the poha then keep it separate.
Heat oil add red chilli, mustard seeds and curry leaves. Add chopped vegetables, coriander powder, red chilli powder and salt.
Stir all ingredients, sprinkle little water, close the lid and cook. After then add poha and again mix properly. Now the recipe is ready to serve.
