Banana pancake is a healthy breakfast and full meal. This is a very handy tiffin recipe. As banana is used in this recipe which gives a soft and smoothy texture. It remains fresh for a long time.
Take a mixing bowl add ripe bananas, wheat flour, coconut milk, cinnamon powder, ginger powder, black pepper, roasted sesame, cooked carrot, jaggery powder and salt.
Mash evenly to make a thick consistency. Then shallow fry with little oil. Make sure both sides to be cooked. Serve or pack for tiffin to enjoy the banana pancakes.
