Sweet potato is seasonal vegetables highly nutrition and rich in fibre. It has a cancer fighting agent. So in the season we should consume sweet potato.
Boil the potatoes and peal off. After then mash with little wheat flour. Make sure dough should be dry so it will be easy to fill with mixed coconut and dry fruits.
Stuff it and give a cylindrical shape and deep fry. Dip in thin jaggery syrup and sprinkle with green cardamom powder. After 10 minutes it will ready to serve.
