Bitter gourd is an antiviral vegetable. Those who are effected with diabetes, they should add bitter gourd in their daily diet chart. I filled the bitter gourd with pumpkin. Those who don't want to eat bitter gourd they may love this recipe.
Boil the bitter gourd and remove the seeds. Then boil in water with little salt.
Grate the pumpkin, heat a pan pour oil then gram flour. Stir for a few seconds. Add grated pumpkin, salt, red chilli powder, roasted coriander powder, roasted five spices, roasted cumin powder.
Stir continuously, finally adt raw mango pulp cook until dry then keep aside.
Now squeeze the boiled karela and fill with cooked pumpkin. Tie with thread so fillings should not come out.
Pour little oil in a pan and shallow fry the stuffed bitter gourd. All sides should be cooked. Serve the stuffed bitter gourd with rice, chapati, paratha or as you wish.

If you don’t get in every season you can use dried raw mango powder.
