Wash and soak the quinoa for 15 minutes. So it will easy to cook.
Dry roast the moong dal so it will give a good aroma. Then wash for cooking.
Peal off the bottle gourd and cut into small cubic sizes.
Jackfruit cut into small cubic sizes and give a steam bath.
Boil the quinoa with moong dal, ginger paste, bottle gourd and salt. Take a wok give tempering with cumin seeds, hing, onion. Add the jackfruit, curry leaves and green chillies then add cooked quinoa.
Mix all together finally add cinnamon powder. If you want runny Khichdi, can be added little more water. Again cook for a minute. If you don't want watering so it is ready to serve.
