Banana kulfi is an easy and healthy recipe. I have not added any sugar because of ripe bananas and coconut cream. Both has sweetness and cashew nuts paste also smooth. No need to cook.

coconut cream

cashew nuts paste

teaspoon
melon seeds
1
teaspoon
green cardamom powder
A few saffron threads
Instructions
No cooking Just make a smooth paste of ripe bananas and mix all ingredients.
Pour into kulfi mould and keep in deep freeze for eight hours.
After then serve your kids and everyone.
