Ingredients

barley

jaggery
grated

tablespoon
coconut
grated

tablespoon
coconut milk
1
tablespoon
raisins
1
tablespoon
dry fruits

green cardamom powder
Instructions
Soak barley with same amount of warm water for 15 minutes.
Start boiling milk then add soaked barley and stir continuously. Barley should not stick into the bottom.
Slowly milk will reduce and barley will become soft. Now add raisins, dry fruits, grated coconut and green cardamom powder.
Again boil for a minute then switch off the burner and add grated jaggery and coconut milk.
Stir evenly and keep for 10 minutes. Either it can be served immediately or can be kept in fridge.
Notes
If barley soaked before it will take less time to cook.
