Grind peas, corinader leaves, ginger, cloves, chilly in a grinder jar and grind to form a paste. Knead a firm dough with peas paste and all the spices and flour. Rest the dough for 15 min.
Roll out parathas with desi ghee and serve hot with curd and pickle.
