A lot of guests at home and looking for a easy dessert ? well the wait is over, Honeypot brings you a divine Italian classic dessert Tiramisu, it can be made well in advance and stored in fridge till your guests arrive.!
#Tiramisu is a coffee flavoured Italian dessert which simply means ‘Pick me Up’. This #egglesstiramisu is made by layering of biscuits slightly dipped in coffee and mascarpone cheese cream filling. Once you try this recipe I’m sure you gonna love it . This dessert can be stored in a box upto 3 days in the fridge .
All ingredients are added in above mentioned quantities & Don't forget to check out the tips to make perfect Tiramisu
Add Espresso, coffee powder to hot water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Whip chilled whipping cream for sometime once it starts to cream add sugar & whip until it has stiff peaks.
Add cold Mascarpone cheese in batches to avoid clumps and beat on slow-medium speed until fluffy with no lumps
Once cheese and cream together are well combined , check for sweetness & add sugar if required
Strain coffee and let it come to room temperature, later add to whipped cream & cheese mixture and gently fold in
Now its time to set Tiramisu. Take a bowl or a square pan
Set First layer of Tiramisu by slightly dipping ladyfinger biscuits in coffee and place it a bowl. Do not soak the biscuits for long time.
Dust Cocoa powder using a sieve, then add a layer of Mascarpone cheese and spread evenly.
For the second layer repeat the same process as mentioned above.
You can use a stencil to dust last layer with Cocoa powder.
gently cover and Set it in refrigerator for 4 hours & serve chilled.

Do not Overwhip the cream , Overwhipping the cream curdles and cannot be further used. So once you atrt seeing the peaks in cream reduce speed to low and whip the cream until stiff peaks.
Add Mascarpone cheese in batches , adding everything at once can form big lumps
Use Coffee at room temprature , hot coffee can melt down cheese & cream
Don’t soak Lady fingers in coffee for a long time , a quick dip is enough. Soaking of biscuits make them soggy & might fall apart .
When set in a bowl or a container , gently cover to avoid holding of any fridge smells.
