Gulab jamun is a widely renowned and mouthwatering dessert. I've crafted numerous dishes using this delightful sweet. This time, I incorporated it into a wheat mixture and made pancakes. The taste is truly scrumptious.
Take a plate and add wheat flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla essence, fennel seeds, syrup, paneer, and crumbled gulab jamun. Then, add milk and mix until it forms a thick batter.
Heat oil in a pan, pour a spoonful of batter, cover it, and cook it well. After a few minutes, flip it and fry the other side.
Make all the pancakes this way. Serve them with chocolate sauce and sprinkle milk powder over them. This extra touch is loved by kids very much.
