Samak rice millets 150gms
Butter 50gms
Chopped apples 1 medium size
slice
of banana 1
Grapes white and black 1cup
Half tsp cumin powder
Salt half tsp chilli powder half tsp
1
teaspoon
lemon juice
Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
Heat the pan put rice millets fri as 2 min
Those fried millets transfer to cooker add 1:4 water cook allow to get 3vissels
Take oven moulds apply butter on it put samak rice press as well shape like cup
Bake under 180degree @15min..take out
Take a bowl put chopped fruits add seasoning on it mix well serve in a bake millet cups
Garnish with coriander leaves ready to serve
