Fruit custard:in a thick bottom vessel ,add milk bring it to a boil,then in a small bowl add custard pd, mix with little milk an add this mixture to the milk, an mix well till it becomes thick, then add sugar& elachi pd an off the gas too cool
Then in a bowl add chopped fruits apple, banana,grapes ,papaya, almonds, cashew nuts, an mix it to the custard an serve cold
Saboo dhana kheer: soak saboo dhana overnight next day drain the water out completely. Then in a thick bottom vessel add milk bring it to a boil. Then off the gas add sugar,elachi pd an mix well. Then add chopped almonds, an saboo dhana mix well
Falooda: in a cooker add a pinch of oil, add Falooda, add sugar,an color an mix well. Then add little water an pressure cook it for 1 whistle . Then keep it too cool
Take a big glass add 1 layer of fruit custard ,an keep it to set, then add another layer of saboo dhana kheer, then add Falooda an ice cream an little milk . Then garnish it with chopped dry fruits that is almonds, cashew nuts an served chilled

For custard which ever seasonal fruits are available you can use. If you want you can use any essence for Falooda . U can create ur own innovation. In place of dry fruits you can use jelly’s
