Instructions
Soak rice for 2hours and after that drain extra water. Grind 1/2 soaked rice into fine paste. I m not going to use cornstarch.
Heat oil in deep pan add spring onion and saute it for 2minutes on low flame.
Add chicken pieces and cook for 5minutes on medium flame or till it done.
Add salt and black pepper powder, mix it well.
Add soaked rice and rice paste which prepared earlier, saute for minute.
Add chicken stock in it. Cover the lid and cook till rice done. Do not over cook.
Chicken and rice soup is ready to serve. Serve this hot in soup bowl.
