Gelatin 4 tsp
Cold water 6 tbsp
Coconut milk 4cups
prefer tin
Sugar 1/3 cup
Pure vanilla extract 1 tbsp
Few tawa toasted coconut flakes
Instructions
Whisk
together the gelatin and cold water and let it sit for 10mins
Heat the coconut milk along with sugar and keep stirring till the sugar dissolves
Remove from the heat and stir in pure vanilla extract
Pour this hot coconut milk mixture into the gelatin and
whisk
till until all incorporated.
Pour into muffin trays and let it set
Insert on the serving tray and sprinkle some toasted coconut flakes and serve cold
Notes
You can serve in dessert cups/jar too.
Use thick coconut milk,prefer tin or tetra pack.
Use any gelatin.
