Chinese starter, Manchurian is everyone's favorite. These Manchurians are made out of Cabbage and then deep-fried and sautéed in Chinese sauces to give delicious and yummy taste.

Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup of grated Cabbage, ¼ cup of Grated Carrots, 1 tsp of finely chopped Green Chilies
1 tsp of Garlic Paste, ½ tsp of grated Ginger, ¼ cup of All Purpose Flour (Maida), 1 tsp of Corn Flour, ½ tsp of Salt and mix well
Start making small round Manchurian balls and keep aside.
Heat the Oil in a heating pan to deep-fry the Manchurian balls.
Now add all the Manchurian balls in heating Oil and deep-fry until golden brown on medium flame.
Drain off the Manchurian balls over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
In a heating pan, add 1 tablespoon of Oil, 2 tablespoon of chopped Garlic and sauté for 1 Min.
Then add 2 tsp of chopped Spring Onions, ¼ cup of finely chopped Capsicum, ¼ cup of finely chopped Carrots and mix well for few 2 Min.
Now add 1 tsp of Red / Green Chilli paste, 2 tsp of Tomato Sauce, 2 tsp of Soya Sauce, 1 tsp of Vinegar, ¼ tsp of Salt in the pan and mix well.
In a small mixing bowl, take 1 tsp of Corn flour, ¼ cup of Water, make lump free paste and add to the sauteed veggies.
Then add again ¼ cup of Water in the pan and stir on low flame for 2 to 3 Min.
Furthermore, add fried Manchurian balls into the pan and give a mix.
Cover the lid and
simmer
on low flame for more 2 to 3 Min or until Manchurian gets soften.
Transfer to the serving bowl and garnish with Spring Onions.
