Large, Boiled, peeled and mashed
Salt
to taste
1 tbsp
Sesame Seeds
Optional
1 tsp
Lemon Juice
Red Chili Powder
to taste
1 tsp
Ginger and Green Chili Paste
¼ tsp
Garam Masala
¼ tsp
Coriander Powder

Bread Slices

Coriander Leaves
chopped
Ghee
to shallow fry
Instructions
In a bowl add potatoes, salt, lemon juice, red chili powder, ginger & green chili paste, garam masala, coriander powder, chopped coriander. Mix well.
Divide the bread into two equal portions (triangles).
Spread the potato mixture on each bread slice evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over it
Heat ghee in a non-sticky pan and shallow fry them from both sides.
