Green chutney recipe:
Grind all the ingredients; Coriander leaves, garlic flakes, green chillies (I make the chutney quite spicy), roasted chana dal or peanuts, salt together to make a thick chutney.
Butter a slice of bread. Layer a generous amount of chutney
Sprinkle some chaat masala
First layer slices of potatoes, then cucumbers, tomatoes, capsicum and finally the beetroot
Sprinkle again the chaat masala and spread grated cheese generously
Seal with another slice of bread layered with butter and chutney
Place then in a grill toaster. Toast for about 5-7 mins till cheese melts and the bread is crisp.
