Achari Bindi/ Orka is simple and easy to make yet tempting and tasty. I have used mustard oil while preparing the stuffing which brings a completely different flavor I am also a fan of  Maharastrian Masala called "Goda Masala" which I generously use to stuff any vegetable.
Mix all the "For Stuffing" ingredients listed above and fill the okra. to get best results marinate it overnight.
Take curd and whisk it add dahi masala or raita masala and left over masala from any pickle, I used home made mango pickle masala.
In a wok or kadai, put mustard oil and let the cumin seeds splutter , add curd along with okra. close the lid let it simmer for 15 -20 minutes, keep stirring it in between.
Cut top and bottom of Okra and slit the okra.
