arvi/ 1/2 kg
ajvain /carom seeds 1 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt
coriander powder 1 tbsp
chopped green chili 1 tbsp
chopped coriander 1 tbsp
dry mango powder 1/2 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
red chili powder 2 tsp
oil 2 tbsp
finely chopped onion 1 large no.
black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Instructions
wash n hard boil the arvi,peel and cur into two.
heat the oil (you can also use deshi ghee)add carom seed,,saute the onion
add green chili,turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder cook it 2 minute ,add arvi and mix well in spices.
add mango powder,black pepper powder lemon juice cook for 5 minute with stirring.
switch the flame garnish with coriander serve hot with paratha .
