poha/pressed rice 2 cup
chopped carrot 1/2 cup
green peas 1/2 cup
corn kennels 1/2 cup
Salt
green chili 3 no chopped
onion chopped 1 tbsp
curry leaves 8 to 10
mustard seeds 1 tsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1tbsp
sugar 1 tbsp
oil 1 tbsp
Instructions
wash the poha mix salt,turmeric and sugar the keep aside for 1 hour .
heat the oil in a pan pop mustard seeds add curry leaves then add green chili,carrot,peas,corn add salt to taste cover and cook.
now add soaked poha keep stirning while cooking
switch off the gas add lemon juice serve hot.
