Half Litre Milk
2.5

Sugar
A pinch of Cardamom powder
Nuts- Kaju & Pista-10
Half Apple- Pureed and a few cut pieces
Instructions
Boil milk at medium heat.
After it boils, keep it at slow heat & keep scraping the malai & stick it to the pan at the sides.
Keep collecting the malai & reduce the milk to one-third in volume.
Now scrape the malai from the sides & add it to the milk. You will notice that the milk has now become thick.
Add sugar, cardamom powder and nuts to this thick pudding type mixture.
Keep mixing till sugar dissolves or else the rabdi will burn.
After approximately 5 -7 minutes of stirring, rabdi is done. Remove from heat & let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Now add the apple puree and a few apple pieces to the rabdi.
Garnish with nuts, refrigerate & enjoy cold Apple Rabdi with some hot jalebis!!
Notes
Half a litre of milk gives almost 3/4th bowl of rabdi.
