Masala papad cones is a very very simple and quick Indian snack recipe. All Indian homes have 1 or more types of papad at home so this is a very interesting twist to use papad as a snack.

tomatoes

cucumber

Haldiram, any flavor

Tomato Ketchup
optional

teaspoon
Green coriander chutney
optional
Instructions
Break papad into 2 equal parts to give 2 semicircles. Microwave 1papad at a time for 20-25 seconds.
While the papad is hot, curl it to form a cone shape. Similarly make all other cones.
Make a mixture of all other ingredients except ketchup and chutney. Stuff this mixture into each cones.
Place each cone in short glasses. Put little amount of mixture at the base of the glass as well.
Garnish each cone with tomato ketchup and coriander. Serve immediately as cones will get soggy if kept for long time.
