Ingredients

coconut - 2 cups
coconut water- 2 cups
China grass - 10 gms
Condensed milk - 1 tin
Milk - 1 ½ cup
Water - ½ glass
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Cashews - 10
Instructions
Break the china grass into small pieces, soak it in hot water and boil. Keep aside.
Grind both coconut and water in a mixer. Keep aside.
Boil milk together with condensed milk and sugar.
Add the milk and tender coconut paste to the china grass mixture and mix well. Pour it into a bowl, and let it cool.
Cool the mixture, refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Garnish, the pudding with roasted cashews. Serve chilled
Notes
Serve it chilled to enjoy it to fullest.
