chopped green chilly

red cilly powder

garam masala

tablespoon
oil

tablespoon
cumin[jeera]
corinder leaves[hara dhaniya]for garnish
Instructions
boil cubes of baigan in cooker for 2 whitles
in a pan,put 2 tbs oil,n after heating oil,put jeera
when jeera colour is changed,put onion,stir till onion becomes golden
now add chopped tomatos,chilly,stir 2 min
put haldi,red chilly powder
now add boiled baigan,salt,add mash them,stir for 2 mint
add garam masala,garnish with corinder leaves

we can put some boiled peas in this recipe
