Moong Dal-1/2 cup
Pomegranate Seeds-1/4 cup
Onion-1
Carrot
grated-1
Cucumber-1/2
Salt
Coriander Leaves-a few
Mint Leaves-a few
Chaat Masala-1/4 tsp
Red chilli Powder-1/4 tsp
Instructions
Soak moong dal in water for 20 minutes.
Deseed pomegranate seeds.Chop onion and cucumber and grate carrot.
Add salt,chaat masala and red chilli powder.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander and mint leaves.
Serve chilled.
Notes
You can add green chutney and sev as garnishing.
You can squeeze lime juice.
You can add chopped tomatoes.
