Boiled Pasta : 3 Cups
Green Bell Pepper : 2
Cut into very small cubes
Red Bell Pepper : 1
Cut into very small cubes
Orange Bell Pepper : 1
Cut into very small cubes
Onion : 1
chopped
Green Chillies : 2
finely chopped
Red Chili Sauce : 3/4 tbsp
increase the quantity, if you want more spicy
Soy Sauce : 2 tbsp
Salt
Ginger & Garlic Paste : 1/2 tsp
Vinegar : 1 tbsp
Sugar : 2 pinch
Olive Oil : 1 tbsp
Instructions
Heat oil in a kadhai and add chopped onions. Saute until it become translucent.
Now add ginger & garlic paste, cubed bell peppers and mix well. Saute it for 6-8 minutes.
Add green chillies, red chili sauce, vinegar, soy sauce, salt, sugar and 1-2 tbsp water. Mix well and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
Once it is done, add boiled pasta. Mix it and saute it for 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot.
