Sweet potatoes are very nutritional and good for adults and kids.
It can be eaten in fast by just boiling ot roasting too. Just fried once with masala goes awesome with dal rice awell.
Here a twist to normal tiki... we used sweet potatoes
Sweet potato tiki
Healthy and full of nutrients
Method
3-4 boiled or stemmed sweet potatoes ( remove the skin once cooked)
One boil choped carrots
One cup green peas ( boil if using fresh once)
One capsicum chopped
One onion chopped
Garam masala 1 1/2 spoon
Chilli powder and termaric powder
Salt..suger 1spoon and 2spoon lemon juice.
3spoon of bread crumbs
Smach the sweet potatoes and add all thr above ingredients. . Form a tiki and shallow fry it.
