Instructions
Wash and dry the lady finger with muslin cloth cut round
Heat the oil in wok or a pan add fenugreek seeds
Add garlic
roast
golden then add
sauté
the onion
Now add dry spices and tomatoes fry then till the oil separates
Add lady finger mix well with spices cover and cook for 5 minute on sim flame
Now add salt, fennel powder and mix carefully, add lemon juice, turn off the heat
Serve hot with paratha or chapatis
