Heat 1 Tbsp Oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once it starts spluttering, add jeera / Cumin seeds followed by hing, sliced onion, curry leaves and finely chopped ginger.
Saute till it turns light brown color and add peas along with salt. Simmer, cover and cook for couple of minutes. Add the measured water and let it boil.
Simmer the flame and add the bajra flour and keep stirring to get a dough. Remove from the flame and divide the dough into 4 - 5 balls. Take aluminum flour or banana leaves and place one bajra ball on it.
Slowly pat the dough using wet fingers to prepare like roti. Heat tawa, place the roti and smear little oil. Cook both the sides and remove from the flame.
Repeat the process for the remaining dough. Serve hot with Raita or Chutney.
