spaghetti is all time favorite dish for all . spinach sause makes this dish more healthier. u can give this dish to your kids . it is very healthy for them . most of the kids are fussy eaters so by this idea u can encourage them for healthy eating. as we know spinach have so many good properties .it is very good source of iron . in this recipe i have used sunflower seeds as a topping . sunflower seeds have good cholestrol properties, sunflower seeds are rich source of vitamins.
First boil spaghetti in hot water with some salt and oil. And drain it in cold water.
Put washed spinach in hot water for about 8-10 minutes till spinach becomes soft. Turn off the gas.
Drain spinach in cold water and puree it.
Now take a pan put some oil and add ajwaine seeds and garlic cloves, saute it for 2 minutes. Now add spinach puree and add half grated cheese and cook for some time. Add black pepper powder and salt.
Add boiled spaghetti into spinach sauce and mix well and gently. Top it with rest grated cheese if you like more. Sprinkle some sunflower seeds on top, Spaghetti in spinach sauce is ready to serve.
