Paneer cubes-250g
Red chilly paste -2tsp
Cornstarch -2table spoon
Maida -2 table spoon
Salt
Tomato sauce -2tsp
Vinger -1tsp
Soya sauce -1tsp
Green chilly -chopped
Garlic -chopped
Red green bell pepper -chopped
Onion two -cut into cubes
Sugar -pinch
Oil -for frying
Instructions
Add cornflour maida salt and water mix it well to make a smooth paste
Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and coat them well and deep fry the paneer
Heat oil in a pan add Ginger green chilly and sauté it now add onion red and green bell pepper and stir fry for a min
Add tomato sauce Red chilly paste soya sauce to the vegetables and mix it well
Add little bit water and let it be boil Now add salt vinger and fried paneer pieces and cook for one min Garnish with green onion
Notes
It’s taste so good if you can add red colour then add it in the batter cook in high flame
