To prepare the marinade- Roast the whole red chillies, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, peppercorns, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg on a tawa and grind to a coarse powder.
Mix it with oil, garlic paste, grapes puree. Lemon juice and season. Marinate the paneer hearts in it for 15 minutes.
Then grill the paneer with oil evenly on all sides on griller pan
Serve with fruit sauce and salad .Sprinkle chaat masala .
