Dahi ke kawab is very delicious delicacy of lakhnow . Lakhnow, the city of nawab's is famous for various types of veg and nonveg kawab . Dahi ke kawab is a veg version of kawab.
First take hung curd in a big bowl , add roasted chana powder , ginger green chilli paste, salt as per taste, red chillipowder, garam masala powder. Mix all ingredients well.add finely chopped coriander leaves to the mixture .
Now in a plate take cornflour . Apply some cornflour on your hands. Take samll portion of mixture and give round shape for kawab . Repeat this process with remaining mixture.
Take a non stick pan , add some oil . Shaloo fry these kawabs from both sides. Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
Notes
Instead of roasted chana powder u can use roasted besan too .
