white beans/sem fali 1/2 kg
baby potato 1/2 kg
salt to taste or 1/1/4 tbsp
red chili powder 4 tsp or to taste
coriander powder 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/1/2 tsp
mustard powder 1 tbsp
mustard oil 2 tbsp or 1 cup
heeng 1/2 tsp
Instructions
wash potato and beans boil in water for 5 minutes.
remove the stem of beans
take a large bowl or a mixing bowl mix all ingredients together ,keep in a air tight container
keep the jar in sun light for 2 -3 days
the pickle is ready to serve .
